Jenny Holsman Tetreault, Board Chair

Jenny Holsman Tetreault will serve as the new Board Chair. Jenny currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for TPI Composites, a global wind-blade manufacturer with locations throughout the United States, Europe, China, India, and Mexico. She is responsible for the company’s global anti-corruption program, litigation, mergers and acquisition, HR and employment matters, supply chain and procurement, commercial and contract negotiation, Field Services, IT, ESG, and domestic/international regulatory compliance.

Jenny is extremely active in the community and serves on many other non-profit Boards. In recognition for her work in the community, Jenny was honored as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2024, a Woman of Achievement in 2023 by InBusiness Magazine, as the Corporate "Organization Advocate of the Year" by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2021, and one of the "Most Influential Women in Business" in 2020 from AZ Business Magazine. Additionally, she was a "Spirit of Philanthropy" recipient by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2018 and was recognized as one of the "Top 10 (National) Attorneys under 40" by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2017.

Jenny is surrounded by an incredible team, including her husband Colin Tetreault, her ten-year-old son (Connor), and her eight-year-old daughter (Madeline). As a family, they have completed a successful Match to a Little Brother through the BBBSAZ mentorship program.

Luis Vega
President & Chief Executive Officer

Luis Vega is the new President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ), joining the organization with a distinguished background in both the military and nonprofit sectors. His extensive experience and deep commitment to youth empowerment make him an invaluable addition to our team.

Luis’s impressive career includes serving as Senior Vice President of International Operations at Allied Extract, where he led crucial humanitarian missions in Ukraine, successfully evacuating severely injured children from war zones. His tenure at the Krohn Breakthrough Foundation highlighted his exceptional ability to drive organizational growth and impact. Within his first year as Executive Director, Luis’s strategic initiatives and effective fundraising efforts led to a remarkable $3.9 million increase in revenue, greatly enhancing the organization’s impact on youth.

Born and raised in Arizona, Luis earned his degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Inspired by the events of 9/11, he joined the U.S. Army, served in Afghanistan, and received a Bronze Star Medal while overseas. His transition to civilian life saw him focus on nonprofit management, with a particular emphasis on veterans, mental health, and youth empowerment.

"It is an honor and privilege to lead this incredible organization and to serve Arizona’s youth and community, which has given me so much," Luis says. "Every child has the potential to create a better world that wasn’t there before them. Positive mentorship and a guiding hand will help them along the way, and there is no better organization than Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona to provide this experience."

Luis is dedicated to expanding BBBSAZ’s mentors, donors, and community outreach to increase our capacity to serve more youth. His strategic and servant leadership promises a new era of growth and innovation for BBBSAZ, continuing the legacy of transforming lives through mentorship and community engagement.

Luis, his wife Nataly, their two-year-old daughter Serephina, and their Doberman puppy are excited to return to Arizona. They are eager to become an active part of the community and contribute to the organization’s mission.
